Important information
Gift card is activated once issued.
Gift Cards shall be redeemable on the physical Retail Outlets.
Gift Cards have an expiry period and shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation / issuance.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for Cash and/or Cheque.
Gift card is allowed for one time redemption only. Partial redemption of the Gift Card is not allowed and the balance will remain in Gift Card.
No replacement or reimbursement will be provided for lost or expired e-Gift cards.
Bearer is responsible if the e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
If the Gift Card is stolen or lost, neither will a new Gift Card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner.
