1. Gift Card Trip.com” adalah kartu virtual dengan nilai prabayar yang diterbitkan oleh Trip.com untuk digunakan di situs web dan aplikasi Trip.com.
2. Dengan membeli atau menggunakan Gift Card Trip.com, Pembeli dan Pemegang Gift Card dianggap telah menerima dan setuju untuk mematuhi S&K Gift Card Trip.com, dan menjamin bahwa mereka memiliki kapasitas untuk menyetujui S&K Gift Card Trip.com (termasuk setidaknya berusia yang dipersyaratkan untuk memiliki Gift Card di negara tersebut).
3. Saat menggunakan Gift Card Trip.com, S&K Umum Trip.com juga akan berlaku.
4. Gift Card Trip.com tidak dapat dikembalikan.

8. Gift Card Trip.com tidak dapat ditukar dengan uang tunai.
9. Pembeli dan Pemegang Gift Card bertanggung jawab atas segala kerugian akibat pembelian atau penggunaan Gift Card yang tidak sesuai dengan Syarat dan Ketentuan Gift Card Trip.com dan/atau hukum dan peraturan yang berlaku.

1. “Trip.com E-Gift Card” is the virtual card with prepaid value issued by Trip.com for use on Trip.com’s website and mobile application.
2. By purchasing or using a Trip.com E-Gift Card, E-Gift Card Purchasers and Holders are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply with the Trip.com Gift Card T&C, and warrant that they have capacity to enter into the Trip.com E-Gift Card T&C (including being at least the required age to have capacity in their country).
3. When using Trip.com E-Gift Card, Trip.com’s General T&C will also apply.
4. Trip.com E-Gift Cards are non-refundable.
5. Trip.com E-Gift Cards can only be used to book travel products and services on Trip.com’s website and mobile application. Trip.com E-Gift cards are valid as it states on this e-voucher.
6. The balance on a Trip.com E-Gift Card can be used for the payment of multiple bookings.
7. Bookings redeemed with a Trip.com E-Gift Card are not eligible for Trip Coins.
8. Trip.com E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
9. Trip.com E-Gift Card Purchasers and Holders are responsible for any losses as a result of their purchase or use of a Trip.com E-Gift Card that is not in accordance with the Trip.com E-Gift Card T&C and/or the applicable laws and regulations.
