Important information

The eGift Card can only be submitted on the KSA version of the Almosafer app or website.
You must be signed in with a verified account while submitting the unique eGift Card code.
You'll receive the Wallet points within 60 minutes of submitting the code.
The Wallet points can be redeemed across all Almosafer KSA omni-channel touchpoints including web, app, call centre, WhatsApp and across retail branches.
The code is valid for one-time use only.
Duration of the code validity: 6 months
Earned Wallet points are valid for 6 months from the date the code is submitted.
Stay & travel period: Open with no blackout dates.
You must have the latest version of the Almosafer app to be able to use your Wallet.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Almosafer reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

How to redeem:
Sign in to your account on the Almosafer app or website and make sure it is verified.
On app: Go to the 'Add points to your Wallet' section under Wallet in 'Profile'.
On web: Go to the 'Add & earn points' section under Wallet in 'My Account'.
Choose the option to use a Wallet points code and submit your unique voucher code*.
*You will receive the points in your Almosafer Wallet within 60 minutes of submission and can then redeem it on bookings.
