Important information
Comes with the validity of 12 months and can be accepted on stayvista.com and the mobile application.
Gift Cards must be applied prior to completing payment and cannot be applied retrospectively to confirmed bookings.
Gift Cards may be used for full or partial payment of a booking.
If the booking value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid using available payment methods.
If the booking value is lower than the Gift Card amount, the remaining balance shall be retained and may be used for future bookings within the original 12-month validity period.
Gift Cards cannot be combined with other promotional offers, including coupon codes or bank discounts, unless explicitly stated otherwise by StayVista.
Gift Cards cannot be used for security deposits, on-property payments (unless explicitly enabled)
No returns and no refunds on Gift cards, E-Gift cards and E-Gift vouchers.
